davis_squareSo Diesel no longer toasts bagels anymore :( and I'm just not crazy about untoasted bagels for some reason. Is there another place in the square (besides Dunkin Donuts) to get a bagel fix first thing in the morning?

Egg creams are easy
Date: 2010-03-05 03:03 pm (UTC)If you want to make your own egg creams, get a bottle of U-Bet chocolate syrup (and some milk) from Dave's Fresh Pasta, and a Sodastream seltzer maker from Tag's in Porter Square (when I was there, they had it for less than Amazon!)
Egg creams are dead easy to make. The recipe on the U-Bet bottle is a half-inch of syrup, 3/4" of milk, then fill the rest of the glass with seltzer and stir.
