Make the most of your biggest investment, whether it is a condo, single-family, or multi-family.  The Homeownership Workshop offers existing and prospective home owners the information you need to prevent costly surprises and properly maintain your home. By following the steps outlined in this one-hour course (followed by an optional 30-minute Q&A session), you will have the tools you need to maximize the enjoyment and value of your home.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday, March 10th at 7:00 PM in the private screening room at the Somerville Theatre.  It will be conducted by Thalia Tringo, Realtor® with Hammond Real Estate, and Lars Unhjem, Manager of Filigree Property Management.
