Two odd questions...

Perhaps I am hallucinating, but I have been seeing many series of numbers of numbers written in on the sidewalks in front of shops near Porter and Harvard Square. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, does anyone know their significance?

My second question is: does anyone know where I could find sheet metal, such as aluminum or copper?

I live near Ball Square on the Medford side. Does anyone know where I'm supposed to vote, or how I can find out where to vote?
