I need to buy new tires and get an oil change. Where in the Somerville/Cambridge/Medford area would you recommend? I drive a '90 Civic.

Somerville Legislators Sued for Violating Constitutional Duty

Representatives Denise Provost, Carl Sciortino, and Tim Toomey, and Senators Jarrett Barrios and Pat Jehlen were sued today in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts "for violating the constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens by intentionally refusing to vote on a citizen initiative amendment on the definition of marriage," according to a press release issued by Vote on Marriage, the initiative petition campaign seeking to define marriage in Massachusetts as the union between a man and a woman.

Davis Sq to Logan

Hi folks,
I took a cab from Davis Sq to Logan once upon a time. It was with Planet Tran and I absolutely loved the experience. When I found out that I am allowed to call a cab to Logan for a business trip, I checked their website to get another quote - this time it's going to cost me $59. I don't think there is any way I can explain why a trip from Davis Sq to Logan costs $59, so I may have to go with either Yellow or Green.
So which would you recommend? Yellow or Green (or Cambridge)? I'm looking for a morning ride.

Sycamore Street Bridge

Official word from City Hall: The Sycamore Street Bridge will have a ribbon cuttint to officially open it on Friday, December 15th.

As one who lives in front of it, I'm thrilled to have the construction crews going home!
