Knife Sharpener recommendations/suggestions?

Hi all-

I did a (admittedly half-hearted) search around the site and didn't see this anywhere, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I missed every weekend that the knife sharpener was at the Union Square Farmers Market this summer (I always happened to be there on the off-weekend!). Does anyone know of a good year-round sharpener? Holiday cooking reminded me of how dull my knives are getting...

White squirrel on bike path

An albino white squirrel now appears to live on the eastern end of the bike path between Willow Ave and the Lexington Playground. I was under the impression that this has already been mentioned here, but I couldn't find it.

Christmas Tree disposal

I remember last year putting my tree out after Christmas and it wasn't picked up. Does anyone know if they will take a tree if it is out on the curb with the trash tomorrow? I couldn't find anything on the Somerville site.

I could just haul it out the ten feet it would take to get it to the curb, but then having to haul it back if it isn't gone tomorrow would be annoying.
