Seemingly stray cat on Willow Ave...

This cute little (6-8#) tricolor cat has been hanging out on Willow Ave today, around Appleton.

We haven't taken (her?) inside, so we have no assurance that she'll be staying around, but we do have food out for her, so I suspect she'll be prone to coming back.

If she's yours, or you know whose she is, let us know and we CAN get her in to a carrier or such.

No tags or collar. Short/trimmed claws. Coat in good shape. Chowed right down on a bowl of kibble.

ETA, 2 hours later: Yup, still hanging around.

More than a few people on LJ have recommended Alda Guitierrez as a great housecleaner. I tried the email listed in the posts, but it's no longer active. Anyone have a current email for her? Or other recommendations for someone to do a deep cleaning of an apt for a move-out, move-in at the end of August?

In search of kefir or dhara grains

Does anyone have an over-abundance of kefir (or dhara) grains? I'd like to start making my own kefir (or dhara) but I can't find the grains at any local stores (I've tried Cambridge Naturals and Harvest Co-op in Central - suggestions on other places to look welcome!)
