lease wording - shared apartment

I'm co-owner of a property. The other owners live out-of-state, but I continue to live in the apartment, sharing with roommates (who are tenants, not owners). I'm not sure how to deal with the lease situation. If I only have the tenants on the lease, then I have no legal grounds to live in the apartment, right? But if I'm on the lease, does that mean I'm my own tenant, and I need to list myself as paying myself rent?

Any advice on this, or pointers to resources, would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey all,

I had hoped to get everything shipshape at YMG on one very long Sunday, but it was not to be, not even with 12 people helping out with the cleaning, the painting and the assembly of Ikea shelves.  The cleaning in particular was an epic feat that will be told in song and story throughout the ages.

Your Move Games is officially open right now (and looks ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!), but most of the product is still stacked in heaps in the main event space.  If anyone has some time to kill this afternoon, store manager Johnny would certainly appreciate some help putting the product on the new shelves.  We will pay $9/hour in store credit.

As you may know from anomie666's post last week, he and I are part of a team doing the Jimmy Fund Marathon Walk next month. I'm trying to get into full-on training mode, but I don't really enjoy long walks by myself. As it so happens, I created davis_ramblers a few years ago for just this purpose, and it's (finally! :) been getting some use over the past month, with excellent results.

It's a place to organize and meet up with folks for walks, runs, and the like. (Note that anomie666 has a tendency to post friends-only, so you do need to join the community to see his entries.) I just posted about walking tonight.

I'm also interested in finding people who might be able to walk in the morning or otherwise during the day.

Cheap place to get buzz cut

Can anyone advise where a cheap place is to get a buzz cut somewhere in Sombridge area.  I am at the point where I'm getting a 1/2 and I'd like to do it like once a month or so.  Since it takes 5 minutes I think it should be less expensive than the normal haircut I've been getting (14+tip) but that doesn't seem to be happening in their pricing structure.  I haven't been successful at doing it myself in the past-it never seems to come off easy like it does at the hair place.

Just an FYI, we had to recently get some work done on our car. Our coolant was low and we had the guys at Ball Square Auto check it out, along with a mechanical issue with one of our seats. We ended up asking the guy to only do the radiator work because it was already really expensive. The work was under the quote and the guy fixed our seat for free! Considering the fact that car expenses are usually a kick in the gut, it was really great of this guy to do that.

Anyway, just wanted to send the recommendation along. We will be going there in the future.
