Artist Studio Space available near Tufts U

Technically it's in Medford, but it's not far from Ball Square, in a Tufts-owned industrial building. 3 of us are renting 1500 sq. ft. of space, and are looking for 1-2 more people to share it with. It has cement floors, garden-level windows, it's warm in winter and cool in summer. Outside our space, the building is mostly full of friendly woodworkers, some piano repair people, sign painters, etc.; it's not a Brickbottom/Vernon St/Joy St kind of artist studio building.

There's now a big red "FOR RENT" sign and a cracked door window where Spün used to be. Now I feel more confident than ever about when they are and aren't going to be open.
