Hello, everyone. I am looking for a room to rent in Cambridge/Somerville; I need a place before this Friday, March 11. I am a female young biotech professional/classical musician who just moved from Atlanta. I am clean, quiet, reliable, considerate, non-smoker, non-partier, and don't do drugs; I'd prefer the same qualities in a roommate. Social drinkers and small gatherings are okay. I also love animals and am gay-friendly. Some of my requirements:
- 1 BR apt, studio, or share with 1-3 roommates. I'd like to live with other young professionals or grad students.
- I am looking for a month-to-month or 6 month lease and can pay up to $900/month. I'd prefer to live somewhere where heat and hot water are included, or even all utilities, but it's not a travesty if it's not.
- My 8 y/o spayed female, 35 lb Austrailian cattle dog mix will be living with me; she is housebroken, shy at first but will warm up to people.
- I will need a place to park my car--whether it's a designated parking space or street parking.
- 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Red line or bus stop.
- Prefer laundry in the building.
- Safe neighborhood.
If I sound like a good tenant for you, then please contact me with details of your accomodations, some dates and times we could meet, and I'll give you my cell phone #. Thank you.
