Just thought I'd put the word out that my boyfriend and I are on the look-out for a 2 bedroom apartment, $1500 or less, small dog allowed, August 1st or September 1st.

I know it's still early!

Happy to talk further if anyone has any leads. We're open to the idea of using a broker, but would prefer to try By Owner at first, mostly to save the fees.

Green screen studio sought

A friend of mine who lives up in Amesbury has come to me with a search for a green screen studio. He is also looking for an actor. I think the latter might be easier to find than the former. He is not looking to hire a video production company, but to rent green screen studio space for a few hours.

More Union Sq than Davis, but...

The owner of Hub Comics has passed away... Terrible to hear this. I no longer live near Somerville, but I really liked the store and what it brought to the community, introducing comics to people who might not have previously appreciated the medium. :(
