3 bedroom needed for 9/1

I'm posting this on behalf of my dear friend Ann, who is a long time teacher at Agassiz Preschool.

She is looking for a 3 bedroom apartment starting September 1st. Requirements are that it needs to include off street parking, storage space, one bathroom, and a porch. Best place for theater in Boston?

 Hi folks,

My friend is visiting Boston this weekend for the first time and he wants to see a play -- but nothing too mainstream. He prefers artsy and indie shows.

Where should he go? I tried checking the Somerville Theater, but there's only a concert playing there this weekend.

Also, his budget is $25.
