A favorite sweater of mine has a hole in it. Do you know of someone near Davis Square (or nearby) who can darn sweaters?

Mass. Health Connector

I've been unemployed long enough that my COBRA is running out, so I'm looking into getting health insurance through the Mass. Health Connector. I'm finding it really awkward to deal with. I haven't even found the place where I can enter my demographics and see the (unsubsidized) prices I get for the various plans. And I haven't been able to find any useful advice online. Does anyone have any info on how to best deal with the Connector?

Snow Emergency Declared, Effective 8pm. School Cancelled for Wednesday February 5th.

Based on current weather predictions, the City will be declaring a snow emergency effective at 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. During snow emergencies, parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of the street only (unless otherwise posted). Cars not moved from the even-numbered side of the street by midnight may be subject to ticketing and towing. Residents unable to find a parking space on the odd-numbered side of the street may park in any municipal lot or in designated school parking lots.

The Somerville Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
