Rose Institute/yoga

What can you all tell me about the Rose Institute on Elm St.? I walk by there all the time and I guess I'm not used to yoga places that market themselves aggressively.

I'm looking for decent inexpensive yoga in the Davis Square area so I'd be interested hear any tips.

A more positive suggestion: I had a great experience with Barbara Lyon (http://www.cambridgehealthassociates.com/barbara.html). She teaches classes in Central Square and also in Union Square; not sure of the times, but you can email her.
