Who gives good perms? And who's good at leg-waxing?

Looking to get a perm soon, and I know that can be a bit tricky--any recommendations on who's good at inducing that supercurly natural-girl look?

Also, I'm finally fed up with the leg-waxing at Davis Square Nails & Spa; they're cheap and fast, but I always end up with leftover wax on my legs and not a whole lot less hair. Other recommendations? I don't really care about the Salon Experience--I just want smooth legs.

This is a late rec, but I've gotten waxed by Linda (I think that's her name) at the Salon Femia right outside Davis on Holland.
