Does anyone know of a good place in the area to get a pedicure? Clean and safe (sterilizing tools between uses, etc.) is my first priority, followed by cheap and skilled.

If it's the one I'm thinking of (by the furniture store and dry cleaner) they did a horrible job on my manicure the one time I went there. My polish chipped the same day and they filed them really spikey.
