Mine isn't in town, but I am very happy with Mary Passino, J.D., mary@smallbusinessaide.com. Her rates are reasonable even before factoring in she is a lawyer. She is located in Revere, which isn't too far, and she has been willing to meet closer to Somerville.

I tagged your post financial. Some of the past posts deal with tax accountants, though the ones specifically mentioning small business are pretty old.
