UPS deliveries

I've found that the UPS delivery driver is dropping packages without a knock or a doorbell ring recently; quite the contrary to the past behavior of requiring a signature when one wasn't actually required. Maybe it's a new guy? I live close to the Cutter/Highland intersection.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have contacted UPS customer service and they got back to me promptly with an apology for the driver releasing the package without any notification and asked for the package tracking number so they could look into it.

Track your online purchases carefully, everyone! :)

If you are worried about theft, another option is to get your packages sent to Tags.
