Hey everyone. My friends and I are buying a multi-family so we can begin a new life together as a happy chosen family. To do this, they need to sell their condo. It is the sunny upper unit in an old two-family home just under 1,000 square feet with a finished attic. One bedroom, kitchen, living room, office/small bedroom, and bath on first floor. Master suite with bedroom and bath plus insulated storage on second floor. Large fenced yard. Two deeded parking spots.

The property is at 28 Foch St. It hasn't posted yet but the price is dropping again and they will be having an open house this Sunday.

Sadly we couldn't afford to stay in the Davis area, but we are only going to Watertown so we won't be strangers. Thanks for your interest.

I just wanted to comment to say that I live in this neighborhood, and it's a really wonderful place to live. It really has the friendly, supportive feel of a small community while still being able to easily access Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, etc. (Everyone helps each other shovel walks, pick up fallen branches, etc). The neighborhood is kid friendly, with a small herd of kids that run around various yards all summer. I highly recommend the area. :)

Very neat. I split a 2-family house with an old friend, and we've been happily sharing it now for 13 years. It's not something you hear about very often, glad to see someone else trying that.

This is my dream home. This makes me sad I'm not yet in a place where I could buy.
