Well I posted a while ago about repairing my poured concrete stairs but apparently they must be replaced.   The old poured concrete will need to be demolished before new ones are installed.  Any recommendations on a contractor to do the whole thing, someone to remove old stairs and/or someone to build new stairs out of compositie or install poured concrete or precast stairs?  Any pros and cons to each type other than price?

having done a bunch of work on my home over the last 2 years here is some advice- decide first what exactly you want to do for new stairs. You list 3 possible choices in your post and knowing exactly what you want and the outcome of a particular project will help in deciding who you go with

On that note I would consider switching to some wood like (not actual wood) products instead of concrete. Just about every concrete step I've been involved in in this region gets damaged over time from salt.
