mr.crepe?

i went to mr. crepe tonight to pick up some dinner. the verdict? pretty tasty fillings with a crisp yet pliant crepe, but not as tasty as the paris creperie.

i really like how bright and clean it is in there- the woman who took my order was also very friendly and welcoming. it also seems as though the tea and coffee selection is fairly large to appease those who would just like to lounge and people watch.

Magpie is a great little boutique shop on Highland. They have gifts, shirts, cards, knicknacks, oddities, magnets, other fun stuff. They are very fun. They have a website: http://magpie-store.com/

(and I first heard about Magpie on the Davis LJ too, which shows how local LJs can be a great tool for local business owners to meet their communities)
