Can't reach the moderators. Update on tags/memories reorg?

When trying to deliver your message, the mail server at thecia.net encountered permanent problems with the following address:

What is happening with the reorganizing of tags and memories in the davis_square community? I'd like to help but I don't know what you want me to do, and when. elements is also interested.
