Hi everyone!

The lovely people at Orleans are thrilled to have us hold our March meet-up at their establishment on Tuesday, March 18 at 7:00 pm. They'll be providing us with some appetizers and a place to chat. And drink.

Yes, the 18th is the day after St. Pat's. The other date they had available was March 24, and we can change to that if need be (but I felt it was too close to the already-scheduled April 2 meet up).

Hooray! Look forward to seeing you all there!

Where in the area can I find a delicious apple fritter laden with chunks of apple and cinnamon and tastiness?  Starbucks just isn't cutting it.

Open House this Sunday, February 24, 2008, from 1 to 3 pm at 106 College Ave. #1R
.  All Davis Square LJ posters and viewers are welcome to drop in.  With this posting (and as it is not, as of yet, listed on the MLS), you are among the first to hear about it.

There are few opportunities to buy a condo in good condition within a 5-minute walk to Davis for less than $350k.  This condo fits that description and is listed at $339,900.  I loved living here for more than 9 years before finally needing a bigger place after a couple changes in life circumstances.

We are taking an initial shot at selling it directly so that we can sell at a comparatively reasonable price and we all can come out ahead by saving on full commissions.  Nevertheless, real estate agents that represent buyers are more than welcome; we will pay a 2.5% commission on a sale.

Please visit www.106college.com or more information, and feel free to contact me with any questions at condo@106college.com.
