Inspired by Michael Pollan's article in the Times Magazine a few weeks ago, I've decided to plant a garden. But, since I live in a condo with literally no outdoor space, I'm going to have to improvise. I thought I might spruce up my stretch of the Square while I'm at it. So what I want to do is buy a few largish planters and plant some herbs and place them curbside in front of my condo.

Here's the thing -- I live on Highland Ave. I'm prepared for vandalism, abuse, cigarette butts, etc., but I don't want to violate any city ordinances. Does anyone know if I need a permit or something to put out a few half barrels of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme?

Another Update!

Online ordering has been fixed. Buy tickets here.

Update!

I stopped by the theatre to see if I could figure out what was up and talked to someone who both double-checked that no, you can't buy them online right now, which is a mistake, and yes, there are plenty of tickets still available (the main theatre seats 900). Box office opens at ~4:30.

I suspect the problem is that the time was listed on the site as Wednesday at midnight, which was technically over 12 hours ago and thus the ticket app stopped selling them once showtime had passed.

In any case, come on by and join the crowd! I can't say how good the movie will be, but I can't imagine a more fun scenario for seeing it. :)

=== Original Post ===
I am a complete idiot and, despite having the site open for two days, I never actually got around to completing my ticket purchase. By chance might any of you have acquired a spare? I was very much looking forward to this (and had already made plans around it, that's how dumb I am), so please save me from myself.

In addition to the cash and eternal gratitude, I can also bring you a bottle of homebrew in thanks.

Because Boloco is increasing its prices by 25 cents, they sent me an e-mail with this offer: Buy a burrito today or tomorrow, save your receipt, then bring the receipt back on Friday to get a free burrito.

My neighbor has a free coffee/end table outside, about 2ft x 2ft, solid wood with a light finish. It seems to be in really good shape and although it did get rained on a few minutes ago, if someone came by to get it soon it would be fine. It will go out with the trash tomorrow - would be a shame to waste it. Its at 66 Morton Ave Medford, about a 2 min walk from Ball Sq and a mile NE of Davis Sq

Hey all,

Our roommate decided she's leaving and has left us with the task of very quickly finding a replacement for her... So we have a room in an apt. roughly halfway between Davis and Porter available 6/1.
