Does anyone happen to have one extra ticket to sell for this show Friday night?

Our favorite local Indian take-out & catering has once again been featured in the Globe's food section!

My favorite bit, because it's so true:
Eager customers line up out the door and onto the sidewalk waiting to get to the counter and see what the choices are that day. Bhetia has a devoted following and chats with each fan at the small counter, greeting many as old friends. It's more a community happening than a tedious wait in line.

Guru is also expanding into the space next door (where the Chinese restaurant was before the fire) and will have a much larger kitchen and larger take-out area including a few tables. Presumably in warmer weather, there will be tables outside on the patio, too.

If you haven't tried this place yet, get thee up the hill to Teele (and a bit past) and get some. They also catered the last Theatre@First cast party and there were rave reviews. Yumyum.

[I am in no way affiliated except as a happy customer.]

For a premium of 0.837 cents per kWh for 50% of your energy to be wind-sourced, or 1.396 cents per kWh for 100% of your energy. Details on their site: http://www.nstar.com/residential/customer_information/nstar_green/nstar_green.asp

My apartment's NStar account is in a roomie's name, so I haven't been able to log in and try to sign up yet, but the site implies that there are not location restrictions, and that these options are available to all their customers. If you've already signed up, I'd love to hear about whether you ran into any issues.

The Somerville News reports that Golden Light Chinese restaurant must now close at 1 am instead of 3, following complaints from Alderman Jack Connolly and residents of Ciampa Manor, a senior citizen housing project across the street.

This seems wrong to me, since the restaurant, Ciampa Manor, and Alderman Connolly have all been in Davis Square for decades, without any trouble. I don't see a good argument for restricting the hours of non-liquor-serving businesses.
