I've read posts in this community for awhile but deleted my livejournal a long time ago and didn't get a new one til today. My first post, sadly, is an apartment ad. We're looking to fill the room ASAP so if this looks good to any of you, get at me!
One of our roommates is moving out and we need to fill the room preferably by the beginning of/ during June.
Here are the specs:
Four (3 girls,1 guy) non-smoking, tidy & friendly young professionals, looking for a nice roommate at least through the remainder of our lease (through Aug 31, 2010) starting June 1 with similar qualities. We love jeopardy, nerdy beer, sarcasm, and british comedy too; but if you don't like those things thats ok. You get to live with a writer, a chemist, an archaeologist, and a marine biologist.
Rent is $620/month. We pay an average of $90/month per person for gas, electricity, digital cable and wireless internet.
About the house:
-apartment is on 2nd & 3rd floor of a 2 apartment house
-5 bedrooms and 2 guest rooms
-bedrooms are avg. 170 sq ft and have standard closets
-large living room
-kitchen breakfast nook
-kitchen with dishwasher
-2 refrigerators (+ one small one upstairs)
-free laundry in basement (shared with downstairs)
-driveway (free parking, shared with downstairs), on-street parking available with permit
-very large fenced-in yard and beautiful park across the street
-AWESOME front porch that overlooks Tufts park, and a smaller back porch that is great for eating breakfast on
-plenty of storage space in basement
