Help me, kind benevolent Davis Square!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for somewhere to go and shoot hoops for fun in the Somerville/Medford area. I'm talking just an outdoor court where I can go play (or I guess indoor would be ok too if it didn't cost me an arm and a leg). Now, I'd prefer somewhere lowkey where I can just shoot around and maybe play some 1 on 1 with friends :) Meaning, I don't want to engage in any ultra competetive pick up games...well not just yet, I'm just looking to have some fun and get some exercise :)
Also, I'd be interested in playing in a laid back league if you know of one...either co-ed or all females would be fine :)
Any ideas? :)
Thank you!

And I'm a girl. Let me explain - I have a hairdresser who I have been seeing for the past two years. We've had a few moments of miscommunication where I wound up with a decent, yet not-quite-what-I-wanted hairstyle. However, my latest hair cut was the last straw. I wound up looking like a cross between Hayley Mills in the Parent Trap and Mike Myers as Austin Powers. I thought to myself, "Okay, self! This isn't a great haircut, but it will probably grow out into something that looks okay." But no, now I just look like Michael Landon's less fortunate twin sister.
My question - Does anyone know of a hairstylist that gives a decent cut and who can generally follow directions for less than $30? Part of my problem is that I was seeing someone rather expensive ($60 a cut), therefore couldn't get my hair trimmed all that often, and I have short hair. So I would attempt to get a haircut that would "last". This means that I usually wound up with a style that I liked in the beginning, but that would later grow out into a mullet, or hated at first, but would then grow into something I liked. I could solve this problem by getting a decent hairdresser who I could afford to see more often.
I would love to see someone in Davis Square, but I'll take recommendations for stylists anywhere in Cambridge or Somerville.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Nonresident Parking

So, my car has to go in to the shop for some major work. I'm taking it to a mechanic I trust down by my folks. Unfortunately, this means I need to swap cars with my dad for 3 weeks or so. Obviously, his car isn't going to have my resident parking sticker. I thought at first that I'd just slap my visitor's permit on it, but I've heard you can only use that for 2 or 3 consecutive days or something like that, and I need to do it for 3 weeks.
Way Back When, I used to have a car of my own with out of state plates, so couldn't get a sticker. I used to park down on Park Ave between Beacon and Somerville, where the parking doesn't require a resident's permit. However, that was when I used to live between Porter and Harvard, and Park was relatively convenient.
So, I'm looking for suggestions. Does anybody know (safe) streets near Davis that don't require resident's permits? I'm between College & Willow near Morrison Ave., so ideally I'd be looking for something on that side of the square, closer to me than Park (which is, well, far).
Any and all tips/hints/suggestions are appreciated!

Someone seems to know that I bank at Wainwright -- maybe by reading this LJ. This someone sent me an e-mail claiming to come from Wainwright Bank, but directing me to click a link whose actual URL starts with http://www.obsudim.com/ . Which is located in Kiev, Ukraine. The page looks exactly like the real Wainwright Bank online banking page.
If this person is lurking here then he may have sent the same fraudulent e-mail to some of you. Beware!
I'm going to print it out tomorrow and take it into the Davis Square office.

Hi folks,
I'd like to have some business cards printed. Anywhere around Davis that has good service? I checked out some places online, but after thinking it over I decided I'd rather talk to someone so I can explain exactly what I'd like done. Also considered just buying some Avery paper and print it out myself, but that options seems to be more costly.
Thanks!
