I'll be moving from Somerville to Cambridge in September and would like to (for the very first time) hire movers to do the work for me. I want this to be as cost-efficient as possible and wondered if anyone had any good recommendations.

This would need to be someone who has a buddy or two that works with him because I have a couple of couches to get up a few flights of stairs!

CRAZY FOR YOU is the story of Bobby Child, a well-to-do 1930's playboy, who's dream in life is to dance. And despite the serious efforts of his mother and soon-to-be-ex-fiancee, Bobby achieves his dream! Memorable Gershwin tunes include I Can't Be Bothered Now, Bidin' My Time, I Got Rhythm, Naughty Baby, They Can't Take That Away from Me, But Not for Me, Nice Work if You Can Get It,
Embraceable You and Someone to Watch Over Me. It's a high energy comedy which includes mistaken identity, plot twists, fabulous dance numbers and classic Gershwin music. - Tams-Witmark

In case anyone was curious about the VFW / Dance Studio eyesore at Teele Square that was supposed to be demolished in April, I emailed the address that was on a registered letter from April and got some info on the progress:

"Thanks for the message. We are working hard toward being able to commence work at the site. We were expecting to begin demolition next week and that is why the sidewalk protection was set up; however, we have encountered another delay. We expect to begin demolition before the end of the month, hopefully before the end of next week. The staging will re-appear soon!"

So hopefully it'll be down before September :)

Hi all,

We're looking for someone to feed our cats twice a day and water our plants (there are many and they need to be watered daily) when we go on vacation. This isn't an immediate need, more that we want to have someone lined up for when we do go away (we just returned from vacation and were unhappy with the person whose services we've usually employed). We're looking for someone who is very reliable, good with cats and plants, and does this regularly (preferably professionally). We don't want them to stay at our place, just come twice a day. If you know of anyone (or a service) that you've had good experience with, please let me know.
