weekday brunch?

Hello!

Anybody know of a place that has good brunch, even on weekdays? The good breakfast places have stopped serving breakfast (that I know of) but I still want some brunch.

tall ladder needed

I'm wondering if anyone has a tall ladder that I could borrow for a relatively quick task. It would need to reach up near the mid- second story of a house and be free standing (not the leaning kind). I'd be able to give you some amount of money - whatever you find fair - though free would be nice too :) I would hopefully need it for less than an hour. 

Barring that, can I rent one somewhere?

Now I'm moving, like in a week, and would like to get rid of more of them. I've even gotten a BookMooch account. If you want something from there and are local, I'd prefer you come pick it up at my place (35 Kidder Ave, a block away from College Ave).
